How to sign in to the Las Vegas Realty, LLC Tenant Portal, what you can do there, and where to get help.

What you can do in the Tenant Portal

The Tenant Portal is for current Las Vegas Realty, LLC tenants. Once you sign in, you can:

  • Pay rent online.
  • Submit maintenance requests, with a description and photos when possible.
  • View your lease documents.
  • Print receipts and pay slips for your payments.

The portal is provided by AppFolio, the property management software we use. The same portal is available on your phone as the FolioSpace Online Portal app.

Getting access

  • Sign in with the email address and password for your portal account.
  • Forgot your password? Select “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page to reset it.
  • Prefer Spanish? The sign-in page has a “¿Prefiere Español?” link.
  • Can’t sign in, or don’t have a portal account yet? If you are a current tenant, call our office at 702-386-6122.
  • Looking for a home to rent? The Tenant Portal is only for current tenants. To apply for a rental, see our available rentals and online application.

Security tip: before you type your password, check that the address bar shows lasvegasrealtyllc.appfolio.com or account.appfolio.com. We will never ask for your portal password by phone or email.

Common tasks

Pay rent

Sign in and pay through the portal. If you pay another way, these payment rules apply:

  • Las Vegas Realty, LLC does not accept cash.
  • Regular payments: postal money orders, bank money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks.
  • Application fees, security deposits and first month’s rent: cashier’s checks only. Non-postal and non-bank money orders are not accepted.
  • Make every payment payable to Las Vegas Realty, LLC.

Request a repair

Submit non-emergency maintenance requests in the portal. Describe the problem and add photos when you can. This helps us arrange the right repair sooner.

Emergencies: if a problem threatens health or safety, call 702-386-6122 immediately. Do not wait on a portal request.

Find a receipt or pay slip

In the portal, open Payments and select the receipt or pay slip you need to print.

Use the portal on your phone

Download FolioSpace Online Portal from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with your portal account.
