How do I access the tenant portal?

Visit the Tenant Portal link in the header or footer and sign in with your AppFolio credentials.

How do I pay rent?

Pay rent through the Tenant Portal. See our Payment Rules page for accepted methods.

What payment methods are accepted?

Postal money orders, bank money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks payable to Las Vegas Realty, LLC. Application fees, deposits, and first month's rent require cashier's checks only.

What payment methods are NOT accepted?

Las Vegas Realty, LLC does NOT accept cash. Non-postal/non-bank money orders are NOT accepted.

How do I submit maintenance requests?

Log in to the Tenant Portal and submit a maintenance request with details and photos when possible.

How do I print receipts/pay slips in AppFolio?

In the Tenant Portal, open Payments and select the receipt or pay slip you need to print.
