This policy explains what information lasvegasrealtyllc.com collects, why, and what we do with it. It describes this website. It is not a description of the separate disclosures you receive when you enter into a brokerage, lease or management agreement with us.

Who we are

Las Vegas Realty, LLC is a licensed Nevada real estate brokerage.

Information you give us

Contact form. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the nature of your enquiry, and your message. Submissions are emailed to [email protected] and stored in this website’s database so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.

Property enquiries. If you contact us about a specific listing, that enquiry is recorded in the customer relationship system built into this website, together with the listing it relates to.

We use what you send us to answer you and to provide the real estate services you asked about. We do not sell it.

Information collected automatically

Server logs. Our web server records each request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, the referring page, and your browser’s user-agent string. These logs are kept for operational and security purposes — diagnosing faults, and identifying abusive traffic.

Cookies. This site sets no cookies when you simply browse it. Cookies are set only if you log in to an account on this site, or where a third-party service listed below sets its own.

Analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any comparable site-analytics product on this website.

Advertising

Some pages on this site — specifically the historical property pages under /homes/ and the HOA pages under /hoa/ — display advertising through Google AdSense.

Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure those ads, including on the basis of your prior visits to this or other websites. We do not control what Google collects, and we do not receive the personal information it uses.

You can review and adjust what Google collects for advertising at Google My Ad Center, and opt out of personalised advertising from participating vendors at optout.aboutads.info.

MLS and IDX property information

Current listings and historical transaction records on this site are supplied by the Las Vegas REALTORS® MLS through a licensed data feed. That information describes properties, not you, and viewing it does not identify you to the MLS.

Property records on this site are published under the MLS rules that govern Internet Data Exchange display. If you believe a property record is inaccurate, or you are an owner with a question about how your property appears here, contact us and we will look into it.

Third-party services this site uses

  • Google AdSense — advertising on /homes/ and /hoa/ pages, as described above.
  • Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
  • Google Maps — an embedded map on our contact page. Google receives request data when that map loads.
  • AppFolio — our tenant portal, owner portal and rental application are hosted by AppFolio at lasvegasrealtyllc.appfolio.com. When you follow those links you leave this website and AppFolio’s own privacy policy applies.

Sharing buttons on listing pages are ordinary links to Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and WhatsApp. They load no tracking code and send nothing until you click them.

Who we share information with

We share what you send us with the agents and staff of Las Vegas Realty, LLC who need it to help you, and with the service providers that operate this website and our email.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others, or where you have asked us to — for example when you ask us to refer you to a lender, inspector or title company.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and property enquiries are retained while they remain useful for the enquiry and for our business records, and for as long as Nevada real estate recordkeeping requirements apply to any transaction that follows. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis for operations and security.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] or call 702-386-6122.

Some information must be kept regardless of a deletion request — records tied to a completed real estate transaction, for instance, are subject to retention requirements we cannot waive. If that applies we will tell you.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking them will not prevent you using this website.

Children

This website is intended for adults seeking real estate services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update it here and revise the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle information you have already given us will be communicated directly where we are able to.
