How owner clients of Las Vegas Realty, LLC sign in to the Owner Portal, what it is for, and where to get help.

What the Owner Portal is for

The Owner Portal is for current property management clients of Las Vegas Realty, LLC. Owners use it for:

  • Owner statements and reports for your property.
  • Owner communication from Las Vegas Realty, LLC.

The portal is provided by AppFolio, the property management software we use. It is separate from the Tenant Portal: tenants sign in somewhere else, so an owner sign-in will not work there.

Getting access

  • First time? The sign-in page says: “If you haven’t logged in with a password before, create your password now.” Select Create a password and enter your email address.
  • Returning? Sign in with your email address and password.
  • Forgot your password? Select “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page.
  • Still can’t sign in? Call our office at 702-386-6122.
  • Not a client yet? The Owner Portal is only for current clients. To talk about managing your rental, request a property management consultation.

Security tip: before you type your password, check that the address bar shows lasvegasrealtyllc.appfolio.com. We will never ask for your portal password by phone or email.

Sign in to see the owner statements and reports for your property. If an entry needs explaining, call us at 702-386-6122 and have the statement in front of you.

Questions about repairs, tenants or your property

Call our office at 702-386-6122 or email info@lasvegasrealtyllc.com. For anything urgent, call rather than email.

Know what to expect

Our property management covers marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination and owner reporting.

  • What you can expect from us: transparent reporting, responsive communication, and professional handling of tenants and vendors.
  • What we need from you: maintaining the property, approving repairs, and providing required disclosures and access.
