This directory lists data center sites in the Las Vegas Valley that we could confirm from public records. Each listing shows the facility's status, where its location comes from and the sources we checked.
Property pages on this site show up to 3 operating or under-construction facilities within 25 miles, as approximate straight-line distances. Proposed sites and sites whose status we could not confirm are listed here only.

How this list is built
- Locations come from Clark County's public air-quality permit records, which place each permitted site on the map. Proposed projects are placed from Clark County land-use records, which only give an approximate location.
- Status comes from operator websites and government records dated within the last 12 months; archived copies of an operator's own pages count, dated by when they were captured. An air-quality permit shows equipment is permitted at a site, not that a data center is operating, so a permit alone leaves the status unconfirmed. News reports are used only for dates of approvals.
- Left out: land purchases with no facility application on record, projects reported as withdrawn, in-house company server rooms, and sites whose operator or purpose we could not confirm.
- Campuses: buildings on one campus count as one entry on property pages, measured to the nearest building.
- Distances on property pages are straight-line distances from the property's MLS map location, rounded to a tenth of a mile. They are not driving distances.
This list describes where facilities are. It does not describe their effect on nearby home values, rents, jobs or internet service.
